You are a beginner, self conscious in a class, your agenda doesn’t match with the classes timetable, or you have an injury that doesn’t allow you to join a class? Then nothing better than a one to one session to introduce you to the benefits of yoga in a focused and personalised way.
You already are a yogi and are looking to develop and grow? A one to one session is also perfect for you. Go deeper in your practice or maybe work in a new and different way, explore, adjust your alignments and push your limits, then take that into your regular practice.
One to one sessions are:
- Availability: during the day / limited availability at weekends
- Online via Zoom
- £25 for up to 60 mins, plus I like to include half an hour at the start free of charge so you should allow 1h30 for your first session
- Clothed or naked at your preference
